Ingredients
- 2 capsules Complete Omega-3 Softgels
- 1.5 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein
- 1 capsule probiotic powder (capsule opened)
- 1 scoop ImmunIG™
- 1 capsule The Myers Way® Multivitamin (capsule opened)
- 1 sweet potato (cooked, then chilled - you'll only use approximately 1 cup's worth)
- 8 oz 236.59 ml water filtered
- ice adjust for desired consistency
Instructions
- Take the two Omega-3 capsules by mouth before adding remaining ingredients to blender or Nurtibullet.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth.
