  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 4 960 cups ml green cabbage about 1/2 head, sliced
  • 1/8 0.616125 tsp ml turmeric
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml ginger powder
  • 1/8 0.616125 tsp ml garlic powder
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml cinnamon
  • 1/8 0.616125 tsp ml nutmeg
  • 1/8 0.616125 tsp ml cumin
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml sea salt
  • 1/8 0.616125 tsp ml ground black pepper
  • 2 480 cups ml kale chopped

  1. Heat coconut oil in large pan over medium heat. Add onion and let cook for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage and stir occasionally. After the cabbage starts to soften, about 3-5 minutes, add turmeric, ginger powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, sea salt, and ground pepper. Mix well to incorporate spices. Let cook until onions and cabbage are very tender. Add more oil if veggies start to dry out.
  3. Add kale and cook for another 2 minutes to let soften before serving.
