  • 3 whitefish fillets
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp ml sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 2.4645 tsp ml ground black pepper to taste
  • lime juice from 2 limes, divided
  • 2 29.574 tbsp ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml turmeric
  • 8 lettuce or cabbage leaves
  • 4 960 cups ml red cabbge approximately 1/2 head, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion minced
  • 2 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 60 cups ml cilantro chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F or prepare grill to cook fish.
  2. Place fillets in glass baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with juice from one lime and oil.
  5. Flip fillets to coat both sides.
  6. Top with garlic and turmeric.
  7. Bake fish for about 20 minutes until flaky or grill.
  8. Prepare lettuce leaves on plates and flake fish equally on lettuce.
  9. Top with onion, avocado and cilantro.
  10. Drizzle with remaining lime juice and garnish with lime wedge.
