Dressing Ingredients
- 1/3 cup 80.00 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml onion powder
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml garlic powder
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml sea salt to taste
Salad Ingredients
- 10 ounce 295.74 ml baby spinach
- 20 strawberries about 1 quart, sliced
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml green onions minced
- 2 cup 480.00 ml turkey breast shredded
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml tigernuts sliced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a glass mason jar. Seal the lid. Shake until well combined. Set aside.
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl with the dressing, or dressing can be served on the side.
