Ingredients
- 2 cups 480.00 ml kale
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml radishes thinly sliced
- orange juice squeezed from 1/2 orange
- 1/2 Tbsp 7.39 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup 240.00 ml walnuts
- 1/2 cup NaN ml dried cranberries unsweetened
Instructions
- Wash, chop, and dry kale. Drizzle orange juice and olive oil to coat leaves.
- Massage oil and orange juice into kale leaves.
- Add radish slices, walnuts, and cranberries.
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
