Valentine’s Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Ingredients
Strawberries
- strawberries
- chocolate chips dairy-free
Toppings (your choice!)
- walnuts crushed
- pecans crushed
- cinnamon
- unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Heat chocolate chips over the stove in a double boiler, or in the microwave for about 30 seconds in a glass dish.
- When the chocolate is creamy, dip each individual strawberry by the stem into the chocolate, covering each one about 2/3.
- Optional: roll strawberries in your favorite toppings!
- Lay to dry on parchment paper. Place chocolate-covered strawberries in the refrigerator to chill.
