90 Day Return Guarantee

Shopping is risk-free with my 90-day return guarantee.

While I stand behind all the products in my store, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 90 days of purchase.*

To receive a refund of your purchase, simple:

• Contact our Customer Success team at 512-721-0424  or store@amymyersmd.com  within 90 days of purchase.
• Specify the lot number provided on the bottom of your supplement bottle.
• Our Customer Success team will send a return shipping label to the email address included in your profile. NOTE: return labels cost $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed.

*Items not eligible for return include: all bars, eCourses & eBooks, discounted products, final sale products, partial kits or programs. If you wish to return a kit, program, or bundle/pack of supplements, they must be returned in its entirety. Product must be unused to be eligible for refund. Original shipping charges not included in refund.

United States Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated after coupons/discounts and applicable taxes have been applied. Free shipping applies to ground shipping on all US orders placed by Specialist Insider Pass Members and above. Novice Pass Members receive free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping Time

• We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days*
• Overnight, 2 business day, and 3 business day shipping excludes weekends
• Overnight orders placed prior to 11am CST will arrive the next business day.
• Orders placed before 11am CST Friday will arrive Monday.

Shipping Location

If shipping to military bases, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico,  we recommend upgrading to 3-day (or faster) shipping.

Online Programs / Special Packaging

• Online programs, eCourses, and eBooks that do not require shipping will be made available immediately after your orrder is received.

*Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.

International Shipping

Some duty tax fees may apply, however, we cannot predict them in advance. Please refer to your Customs agency for more information. Amy Myers MD® is not liable for and will not refund any orders lost or confiscated by customs. Please see the Help Center  for more information.
