  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 cumber
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • handful ice
  • 2 tsp The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
  • 1/2 banana optional
