Cilantro Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml coconut oil
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp 4.93 ml sea salt to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse cauliflower and break apart into florets. Place into food processor with S blade and process until cauliflower begins to resemble rice. Repeat until all cauliflower has been processed.
- Heat coconut oil in pan over medium heat. Sauté cauliflower with cilantro and seasoning for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
