Easy Slow-Cooker Organic Chicken and Pineapple


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 pineapple cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper




  1. Place pineapple cubes in the bottom of your slow-cooker.
  2. In a small bowl mix ginger, garlic, sea salt, and ground black pepper together.
  3. Sprinkle spices on all sides of chicken.
  4. Place seasoned chicken on top of pineapple in the slow-cooker and cook on low for 3 ½-4 hours until cooked all the way through. If you have a meat thermometer, cook until the thickest part of the chicken breast reaches 165 degrees F.
