fresh grated ginger
ripe pears chopped
medium sweet potatoes chopped
salt & pepper
Sautée onion and fresh ginger in coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 4 cups of bone broth, chopped sweet potatoes and pears, simmer for 25 minutes or until soft.
Blend all ingredients and serve.
