No Bake Pumpkin Pie Fudge



Prep Time

  • 4 banana
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop The Myers Way® Double Chocolate Paleo Protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin


  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mash ripe bananas until consistency is clump-free.
  2. In a large bowl, add coconut flour, The Myers Way® Double Chocolate Paleo Protein, spices, salt, and mashed bananas. Mix well.
  3. Add a can of pumpkin to the large bowl and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a thin dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until firm.
