This Paleo Chocolate Mugcake will satisfy your sweet tooth without the caffeine rush and irritation caused by cocoa! Plus, it’s rich in potassium, and LOADED with protein!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp 29.57 ml unsweetened almond milk or coconut
- 1 scoop The Myers Way® Double Chocolate Paleo Protein
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml coconut flour
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml coconut oil melted
- chocolate chips dairy-free (optional)
Instructions
- Grease small deep mug and set aside.
- In mixing bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk, mashed banana, and melted coconut oil. Pour into dry mix until blended. Mix in chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the mixture into your greased mug. Microwave for 90 seconds and remove. Enjoy warm!
