Quick Pickled Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion sliced thinly into half moons
  • 4 cups apple cider vinegar (you may not need all of this)

Instructions

  1. In a glass storage container, add sliced red onions. Pour apple cider vinegar over the onions until they are covered.
  2. Store in refrigerator overnight. Use on salads, burgers, or meal of choice!
