Strawberry Pineapple Mocktail 

In recent years, a new movement has been gaining momentum among individuals who are reevaluating their relationship with alcohol. The sober curious movement encourages people to explore a lifestyle of mindful drinking and moderation, while also embracing alternatives like mocktails.

For a delicious alternative this summer, I’ve created my Strawberry Pineapple Mocktail. This delightful beverage bursts with the juicy sweetness of ripe strawberries and the tropical tang of pineapple juice. Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme complex that can aid in digestion by breaking down proteins. While strawberries contain a variety of antioxidants, including anthocyanins, quercetin, and ellagic acid. These compounds help protect cells from oxidative damage and may contribute to reducing the risk of chronic illnesses. I’ve also incorporated my Leaky Gut Revive® Strawberry Lemonade, which is full of gut-healing ingredients such as aloe and licorice, as well as larch arabinogalactan to promote healthy gut microflora.

This delicious mocktail is not only refreshing but it is digestive and gut supportive! It’s truly the perfect summer companion, whether you’re hosting a gathering or simply looking to indulge in a delicious and alcohol-free beverage.

Strawberry Pineapple Mocktail

Ingredients

Strawberry Pineapple Mocktail
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Lemonade Leaky Gut Revive®
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup strawberries puréed
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 edible flower garnish

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple juice and Leaky Gut Revive® - Strawberry Lemonade to a mixing bowl. Blend with a handheld whisk until well incorporated. Add the sparking water.

  2. Add strawberry puree to the bottom of two glasses. Next add ice and pour liquid mixture into the glasses.
  3. Top with sparkling water, edible flowers and enjoy!
