Strawberry Pistachio Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups plain coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 scoop Collagen + Probiotic
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1/4 cups pistachios chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 loaf gluten free baguette cut into 1/4" thick slices

Directions

  1. Slice and toast baguette and let cool
  2. Combine coconut butter, coconut yogurt, and Collagen + SBO Probiotic in a bowl
  3. Spread a light layer on each crostini
  4. Top with strawberries, pistachios and mint
