These Terms should be read in conjunction with the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® Privacy Policy available at amymyersmd.com, which is incorporated herein by reference.
AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue its platforms, services, programs, and features at any time, where appropriate and subject to operational requirements, as further described herein.

Terms of Use

Unless otherwise specified, the terms of use detailed in this section apply generally when using amymyersmd.com.

Single or additional conditions of use or access may apply in specific scenarios and in such cases are additionally indicated within this document.

By using amymyersmd.com, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:

There are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users.

Account Registration

To use the Service, Users may register or create a User account, providing all required data or information in a complete and truthful manner.

Users may also use the Service without registering or creating a User account, however, this may cause limited availability of certain features or functions.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and safe. For this reason, Users are also required to choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength permitted by amymyersmd.com.

By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password.

Users are required to immediately and unambiguously inform the Owner via the contact details indicated in this document if they believe their personal information, including but not limited to User accounts, access credentials, or personal data, has been compromised, unduly disclosed, or stolen.

Account Termination

Users can terminate their account and stop using the Service at any time by directly contacting the Owner at the contact details provided in this document. Termination of the account will not be possible until any active subscription period paid for by the User has expired.

Account Suspension and Deletion

The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete User accounts that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. This includes, without limitation, accounts involved in:

Fraud or attempted fraud
Abuse of promotions, rewards, or referral programs
Referral manipulation or reward exploitation
Automated or scripted activity, scraping, or data harvesting
Misuse of platform features or ecommerce functionality
Any violation of these Terms or applicable law

The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages, or reimbursement. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to revoke rewards, discounts, referral credits, or other account benefits in cases of actual or suspected abuse, at its sole discretion. The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.

Content on amymyersmd.com

Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on amymyersmd.com is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on amymyersmd.com infringes no applicable legal provisions or third-party rights. However, it may not always be possible to achieve such a result. In such cases, without prejudice to any legal prerogatives of Users to enforce their rights, Users are kindly asked to report related complaints using the contact details provided in this document.

The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for any such content. Users may not, therefore, use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the Service.

In particular, but without limitation, Users may not copy, download, share (beyond the limits set forth below), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties, or create derivative works from the content available on amymyersmd.com, nor allow any third party to do so through the User or their device, even without the User’s knowledge.

Where explicitly stated on amymyersmd.com, the User may download, copy, and/or share some content available through amymyersmd.com for its sole personal and non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other attributions requested by the Owner are correctly implemented. Any applicable statutory limitation or exception to copyright shall stay unaffected.

User-Generated Content and Reviews

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® may offer Users the opportunity to submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, survey responses, quiz feedback, and other content (“User Content”) through features powered by Okendo or similar platforms.

Users retain ownership of User Content they submit. By submitting User Content, Users grant AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, adapt, distribute, and otherwise exploit such content for so long as reasonably necessary for marketing, advertising, ecommerce, social media, and operational purposes, without further compensation or notice to the User.

Users represent and warrant that their submitted content:

Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
Is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Does not constitute impersonation of any person or entity
Does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive statements
Accurately reflects the User’s genuine experience with the product or service reviewed

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to remove, moderate, or decline to publish any User Content at its sole discretion.

Access to External Resources

Through amymyersmd.com, Users may have access to external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and accept that the Owner has no control over such resources and is therefore not responsible for their content and availability. Conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties result from each such third party’s terms and conditions or, in the absence of those, applicable statutory law.

Acceptable Use

amymyersmd.com and the Service may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of amymyersmd.com and/or the Service violates no applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights.

The Owner reserves the right to take any appropriate measure to protect its legitimate interests, including by denying Users access to amymyersmd.com or the Service, terminating contracts, or reporting misconduct to the competent authorities, whenever Users engage or are suspected to engage in any of the following activities:

Violating laws, regulations, and/or these Terms
Infringing any third-party rights
Considerably impairing the Owner’s legitimate interests
Offending the Owner or any third party
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform
Attempting to manipulate pricing, promotions, rewards, or referral programs

Electronic Communications

By creating an account, placing an order, signing up for programs, or otherwise using the Service, Users consent to receive electronic communications from AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD®. These communications may include:

Transactional emails and order confirmations
Order status updates and shipping notifications
Subscription management notifications, including upcoming order reminders
Account-related communications
Customer service and support communications
Loyalty and Thrive Rewards program communications
Referral program communications
Marketing and promotional emails
SMS messages, where the User has provided consent

Users may opt out of promotional and marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication or by contacting us directly. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect delivery of transactional or account-related communications necessary to fulfill orders or service the User’s account.

SMS Communications

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® offers SMS marketing communications to Users who opt in through the website or at checkout. By opting into SMS communications, Users acknowledge and agree to the following:

Message frequency may vary based on activity, promotions, and program enrollment
Message and data rates may apply depending on the User’s carrier and plan
Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of any purchase
Users may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any SMS message received

SMS communications are managed through Klaviyo. For more information about how AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® processes personal data in connection with SMS programs, please refer to the Privacy Policy at amymyersmd.com.

No Medical Advice

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® operates a wellness and dietary supplement ecommerce platform. Content, tools, and features available on amymyersmd.com, including but not limited to:

Wellness quizzes and health assessments
Supplement product recommendations
Educational materials and blog content
Wellness guides, articles, and resources
Product descriptions and usage suggestions

are provided for informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of medicine. No physician-patient relationship is established through use of the website or its content.

Users should not rely on any content available on amymyersmd.com as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical questions, conditions, or decisions, including decisions about dietary supplements.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® offers subscription purchasing options for eligible products, powered by Ordergroove. The following terms apply to all subscription orders:

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected frequency until canceled by the customer. By enrolling in a subscription, the customer authorizes AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® and its payment processor to charge the applicable payment method on a recurring basis for each scheduled subscription order.

Upcoming Order Notifications

Customers may receive notifications prior to each recurring charge or scheduled shipment. These notifications are provided as a convenience and do not alter the auto-renewal terms.

Modification, Pause, Skip, and Cancellation

Customers may pause, skip, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations must be completed prior to the processing date of the next scheduled order to avoid charges for that order.

Pricing and Product Changes

Subscription pricing, product availability, shipment timing, and associated benefits may change over time. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to modify subscription terms, pricing, and product assortments. Customers will be notified of material pricing changes in advance where practicable.

Subscription Rewards

Subscription orders may be eligible to earn Thrive Rewards Points in accordance with the Thrive Rewards Program Terms & Conditions. Subscription-related rewards are subject to all applicable program limitations, including discount stacking restrictions.

Platform and Service Modifications

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to:

Modify, update, or enhance any aspect of amymyersmd.com or the Service
Suspend or temporarily restrict access to the platform or specific features
Discontinue or retire features, programs, integrations, or functionality
Replace or substitute third-party service providers, technologies, or platforms
Update or change subscription programs, loyalty and rewards programs, referral programs, and related benefits
Modify quiz experiences, product recommendation logic, and ecommerce functionality
Update tracking technologies, analytics integrations, and platform infrastructure

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® shall not be liable to any User or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any feature thereof. These rights extend to all platform features, third-party integrations, and operational systems used to deliver the Service, including those supporting subscriptions, loyalty programs, referral programs, payment processing, and marketing.

Third-Party Services

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® works with a variety of third-party technology, ecommerce, payment, marketing, analytics, referral, loyalty, subscription, and platform providers to deliver and operate the Service. Current integrations may include providers such as Shopify, Ordergroove, Klaviyo, Okendo, Friendbuy, Ketch, and others as updated from time to time.

These third-party services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® is not responsible for the content, practices, availability, performance, or privacy handling of any third-party provider. Users are encouraged to review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies for services they interact with.

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® shall not be liable for any outages, interruptions, failures, data loss, or other issues arising from third-party platform behavior outside its reasonable control.

Liability and Indemnification

US Users

Disclaimer of Warranties

amymyersmd.com is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the Service is at Users’ own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner expressly disclaims all conditions, representations, and warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from the Owner or through the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Owner, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees do not warrant that: the content is accurate, reliable, or correct; the Service will meet Users’ requirements; the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is downloaded at Users’ own risk.

The Owner does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and the Owner shall not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between Users and third-party providers of products or services.

Federal law, some states, and other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion and limitations of certain implied warranties. The above exclusions may not apply to all Users. This Agreement gives Users specific legal rights, and Users may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Owner, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees be liable for:

Any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service
Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access to or use of the Service or User account or the information contained therein
Platform outages, ecommerce interruptions, or website downtime
Payment processing failures, errors, or delays
Subscription interruptions, missed recurring charges, or subscription cancellation failures
Disruptions to loyalty, rewards, or referral program availability or functionality
Inaccuracies in analytics, attribution, or reporting data
Failures or interruptions attributable to third-party platform providers
Shipping or fulfillment delays, including carrier-related delays
Cloud infrastructure, software, or hosting interruptions
Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from User access to or use of the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of the Owner’s secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues that may be transmitted to or through the Service
The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User or third party

In no event shall the Owner, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount paid by User to the Owner in the preceding 12 months, or the period of duration of this agreement between the Owner and User, whichever is shorter.

This limitation of liability section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all Users.

Australian Users

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy which the User may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar State and Territory legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified (non-excludable right). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for a breach of a non-excludable right and liability which is not otherwise excluded under these Terms of Use, is limited, at the Owner’s sole discretion, to the re-performance of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Owner and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims or demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising from:

User’s use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by User
User’s violation of these Terms, including any breach of representations and warranties set forth herein
User’s violation of any third-party rights, including any right of privacy or intellectual property rights
User’s violation of any statutory law, rule, or regulation
Any content submitted from User’s account, including misleading, false, or inaccurate information
User’s willful misconduct

Force Majeure and Operational Interruptions

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation:

Internet outages or telecommunications failures
Cloud provider, hosting, or software infrastructure failures
Third-party platform or service provider failures or interruptions
Supply chain disruptions or product availability constraints
Payment processor issues, banking disruptions, or financial system failures
Carrier, shipping, or last-mile delivery delays
Cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized intrusion events
Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather events
Governmental actions, regulations, embargoes, or public health emergencies
Labor disputes, pandemics, or other events constituting force majeure under applicable law

In the event of any such interruption, AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore normal operations as promptly as practicable. No compensation, credit, or refund shall be owed solely as a result of any force majeure event or operational interruption outside the Owner’s reasonable control.

Common Provisions

No Waiver

The Owner’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Service Interruption

To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately where feasible. Within the limits of law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or discontinue the Service altogether. If the Service is discontinued, the Owner will cooperate with Users to enable them to withdraw Personal Data or information in accordance with applicable law.

The Service might also be unavailable due to reasons outside the Owner’s reasonable control, including force majeure events as described above.

Service Reselling

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of amymyersmd.com and of its Service without the Owner’s express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.

Privacy Policy

To learn more about the use of their Personal Data, Users may refer to the Privacy Policy of amymyersmd.com, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at amymyersmd.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

Without prejudice to any more specific provision of these Terms, any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and design rights related to amymyersmd.com are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties relating to intellectual property. All trademarks — nominal or figurative — and all other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with amymyersmd.com are, and remain, the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors.

Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, the Owner will appropriately inform the User of these changes. Such changes will only affect the relationship with the User from the date communicated to Users onwards.

The continued use of the Service will signify the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms.

If Users do not wish to be bound by the changes, they must stop using the Service and may terminate the Agreement. The applicable previous version will govern the relationship prior to the User’s acceptance. If legally required, the Owner will notify Users in advance of when the modified Terms will take effect.

Assignment of Contract

The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms, taking the User’s legitimate interests into account. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms in any way, without the written permission of the Owner.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed or become invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

US Users

Any such invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted, construed, and reformed to the extent reasonably required to render it valid, enforceable, and consistent with its original intent. These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between Users and the Owner with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all other communications, including but not limited to all prior agreements, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

EU Users

Should any provision of these Terms be or be deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, the parties shall do their best to find, in an amicable way, an agreement on valid and enforceable provisions thereby substituting the void, invalid, or unenforceable parts. In case of failure to do so, the void, invalid, or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions, if so permitted or stated under the applicable law. Without prejudice to the above, the nullity, invalidity, or impossibility to enforce a particular provision of these Terms shall not nullify the entire Agreement, unless the severed provisions are essential to the Agreement, or of such importance that the parties would not have entered into the contract if they had known that the provision would not be valid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Prevalence of National Law

Regardless of the above, if the law of the country that the User is located in provides for a higher applicable consumer protection standard, such higher standards shall prevail.

Venue of Jurisdiction

The exclusive competence to decide on any controversy resulting from or connected to these Terms lies with the courts of Travis County, Texas, United States.

Exception for Consumers in Europe

The above does not apply to any Users that qualify as European Consumers, nor to Consumers based in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland.

Thrive Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Participation in the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® Thrive Rewards Program (the “Program”) is subject to the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on our website, as well as the following Terms & Conditions.

Important Program Disclosures

The following terms are considered material to participation in the Program:

Points expire 12 months from the date earned
Points cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sale items
Only one discount may be applied per order

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.

Program Overview

The Thrive Rewards Program allows customers to earn points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases and activities, which may be redeemed for rewards on future orders. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Participation in the Program requires a valid customer account.

Limit one account per individual
Accounts are non-transferable
The Program is intended for personal use only

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Earning Points

Participants may earn Points through qualifying actions, including but not limited to:

Purchases made on the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® website
Subscription orders

Points will be credited to the customer’s account after the qualifying transaction is completed and processed. Points accrual is based on qualifying purchases and may exclude taxes, shipping fees, and other non-product charges. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to determine which actions qualify for Points and to modify earning rates or eligibility at any time.

Points Expiration

Points expire 12 months (1 year) from the date they are earned. Expiration terms are a material condition of the Program. Customers are responsible for monitoring their Points balance and expiration dates. Expired Points will be removed from the customer’s account and cannot be reinstated.

Reward Redemption

Points may be redeemed for rewards, including discounts on eligible purchases. Rewards:

May be applied to future orders
May be applied to subscription orders and will be used on the next scheduled shipment

If a subscription order is skipped, modified, or canceled, any applied reward may be forfeited and will not be reissued.

Reward and Discount Limitations

Thrive Rewards Points and rewards are subject to the following limitations:

Cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sales, or discounts
Cannot be used on sale items
Cannot be stacked with other offers or promotions
Only one discount may be applied per order

These limitations apply to all reward redemptions and are strictly enforced at checkout.

Tier Status

The Program may include tiered membership levels (e.g., Root, Balance, Thrive), which may provide varying benefits. Tier qualifications, benefits, and eligibility requirements are subject to change at any time.

Returns and Adjustments

If an order is canceled, refunded, or returned, any Points earned from that order may be deducted from the customer’s account, and any rewards applied to the order may be reversed.

Timing of Points Posting

Points are typically awarded after an order has been processed and may be subject to a verification period. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to delay or withhold Points issuance in cases of suspected fraud, returns, or order cancellation.

Program Limitations

The Program is intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, bulk purchasing intended for resale, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Fraud and Abuse

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to review and investigate all Program activity and to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke rewards, or cancel redemptions if fraudulent behavior, abuse of the Program, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are detected. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® may revoke rewards, discounts, or account access at its discretion in cases of actual or suspected abuse. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to earn additional Points
Referring oneself or manipulating account activity
Manipulating or abusing the rewards system
Using automated tools or scripts to interact with the Program
Any attempt to circumvent Program rules or limitations

Right to Modify or Terminate the Program

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Thrive Rewards Program at any time, including any aspect of the platform supporting it. Any material changes will be reflected in updated Terms & Conditions on our website. Changes will not retroactively affect Points that have already been earned, except where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or technical errors. Any Points or rewards determined to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be revoked.

General Terms (Thrive Rewards)

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to interpret and apply these rules at its sole discretion.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Participation in the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® Referral Program (the “Program”) is facilitated through Friendbuy and is subject to the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on our website, as well as the following Terms & Conditions.

Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made on the AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® website by a person (a “Referred Customer”) who arrives at our website through a Referrer’s unique referral link provided through the Program and makes a processed purchase (“Referred Order”). A Referrer may receive credit for only one Qualified Referral per Referred Customer. Additional purchases made by the same Referred Customer will not qualify as additional referrals.

Referral Offer

Referred Customers will receive a $10 discount on their order when they complete a purchase using a valid referral link. This Referral Offer does not require a minimum purchase amount. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to modify the Referral Offer at any time.

Referrer Reward

When a Qualified Referral is completed, the Referrer will receive a $10 Referral Reward. Referral Rewards are issued once the Referred Order is processed. Referral Rewards may only be used in accordance with the program guidelines and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.

Reward and Discount Limitations (Referral Program)

Referral Rewards and referral offers cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sales, discounts, or Thrive Rewards point redemptions. Only one discount may be applied per order.

Referred Customer Eligibility

Referred Customers must be new customers who have not previously placed an order with AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD®. The Referrer and Referred Customer cannot be the same individual.

Program Limitations (Referral Program)

Referral links must be shared in a lawful and respectful manner. The Program may not be used for:

Commercial affiliate promotion
Paid advertising campaigns
Spam or unsolicited mass distribution
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Fraud and Abuse (Referral Program)

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke rewards, or cancel referral credits if fraudulent behavior, abuse of the Program, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are detected. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® may revoke referral rewards or account access at its discretion in cases of actual or suspected abuse. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to generate Referral Rewards
Referring oneself through alternate email addresses or accounts
Manipulating or abusing the referral tracking system
Using automated tools or bots to generate referral traffic

Right to Modify or Terminate the Program (Referral)

AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, where reasonably practicable with advance notice where appropriate. Any rewards determined to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be revoked.

General Terms (Referral Program)

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. AMMD™ by Amy Myers MD® reserves the right to interpret and apply these rules at its sole discretion.

Definitions and Legal References

amymyersmd.com (or this Application)

The property that enables the provision of the Service.

Agreement

Any legally binding or contractual relationship between the Owner and the User, governed by these Terms.

Business User

Any User that does not qualify as a Consumer.

European (or Europe)

Applies where a User, regardless of nationality, is in the EU.

Owner (or We)

Indicates the natural person(s) or legal entity that provides amymyersmd.com and/or the Service to Users.

Service

The service provided by amymyersmd.com as described in these Terms and on amymyersmd.com, including all ecommerce, subscription, loyalty, referral, content, and platform features.

Terms

All provisions applicable to the use of amymyersmd.com and/or the Service as described in this document, including any other related documents or agreements, and as updated from time to time.

User Content

Any reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, survey responses, quiz feedback, or other content submitted by a User to amymyersmd.com or its third-party platforms.

User (or You)

Indicates any natural person or legal entity using amymyersmd.com.
