How do I login to my account?

Your wholesale account can be accessed by heading over to the wholesale site at b2b.amymyersmd.com. If you are having trouble remembering your password, please be sure to go through the lost password prompts by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page. If you continue to have trouble, please contact Customer Success during business hours.

How do I contact Customer Success?

Customer Success is available during store hours by calling 512-721-0424, and we can also be reached by email at wholesale@amymyersmd.com. We strive to return all emails within 24 hours Monday through Friday and will be answered during business hours in the order they are received.

Do you allow Amazon resale?

No. Resale is not permitted on marketplace websites, including as a third-party seller on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

We have no monetary minimum requirement, but we require a minimum order quantity of 6 units per SKU.

Do you allow dropshipping?

Yes. We use Shopify Collective and Modern Dropship to handle our dropshipping partnerships.

What is the return policy?

Returns are not accepted unless the items are damaged or incorrect.

What is the shelf life of my Amy Myers MD supplement?

Some of our products have a manufacturer date, while some have expiration dates. For the most part, our products have about a 2 year shelf life. Therefore, it is safe to assume that a product with a manufacturer date is good for at least 2 years out from that printed date. If you would like more clarification on your product's shelf life, please contact Customer Success during business hours.
