We’ve reached the point in society where we purchase one million plastic bottles every minute. Of those,  91% are not recycled. These bottles also require more than 17 million barrels of oil to produce the yearly numbers required. And, despite recycling programs, billions and billions of plastic bottles end up in a landfill, where they sit for approximately 400 years before they decompose. How do I clean my shaker bottle?

I designed my SIBO Breakthrough® Kit to help promote and maintain a healthy and normal population of probiotic bacteria in your digestive tract. While it’s very unlikely that the extract does contain allergenic components of walnut, I urge you to err on the side of caution. Can I take Coconut Charcoal if I’m allergic to coconut?
My Coconut Charcoal is made from the fibrous outer husk of coconuts, not the meaty white flesh of coconuts that contains the allergenic protein. It’s also processed into nearly pure carbon through heating, so no viable protein should remain in the finished product. If you have a diagnosed coconut allergy, please speak with your healthcare provider before consuming any products containing coconut.
Can I take Coconut Charcoal if I’m allergic to tree nuts?
Scientifically speaking coconuts are not tree nuts, they are in fact fruits classified as a “drupe.” Other drupes include palm fruit, peaches, berries, plums, and apricots. However, because the FDA has lumped coconuts in a group with other tree nuts for labeling purposes, etc., I am required to list them as a potential allergen. In fact, true coconut allergy is actually extremely rare with only a few cases reported in the medical literature. If you have a diagnosed tree nut allergy, please speak with your healthcare provider before consuming any products containing coconut.
