My bone scan 2 years ago had finally stabilized after using osteoDura for a year. I also take vitamin d and k. Look forward to upcoming scan this fall. Hope to see improvement. I do exercise by walking to hope build bone.

My endocrinologist is pushing me to use any of the meds for osteopenia. I am Type 2 diabetic and this is one of her specialties. I am retired but did studies on these drugs and I never seen any improvement from the meds. I have also went from obese to normal. I have loss 130 pounds, but I am 76 year old female. I will know in another year when I am due for another Dexscan if OsteoDura has helped. I have noticed my soft fingernails are much stronger. I feel that is a good sign.
