My Microb-Clear® formula contains an extract from black walnut hulls. While the extract used is harvested from the hull (shell) of the nut, due to the nature of the extraction process itself, there is no way to know with certainty that the extract is 100% free of the actual allergenic protein in walnuts. While it’s very unlikely that the extract does contain allergenic components of walnut, I urge you to err on the side of caution. I recommend clients with nut allergies not take this product before getting approval from their doctors or allergists.
