  • 1 454 lb g jumbo shrimp deveined
  • 1/4 60 cups ml Avocado oil
  • 1/2 120 cups ml lime juice
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml ground black pepper
  • 1/4 1.23225 tsp ml sea salt
  • 3 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 120 cups ml cilantro chopped
  • 8 bamboo skewers

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
  3. Place shrimp onto skewers. Pour marinade over shrimp and evenly coat.
  4. Grill at medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Optionally, bake in oven on a lined baking sheet at 450 F for 5 minutes.
