This Egg-free Chicken Salad is a new spin on a traditional recipe! Try it on top of a bed of crisp greens, on a piece of your favorite gluten-free toast, or enjoy it all by itself!
Egg-Free Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 5 chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 2 apple chopped
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 bunch grapes halved
- 3/4 cup 180.00 ml macadamia nuts (avoid on the Autoimmune Protocol)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup 160.00 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml sea salt
- 1/4 tsp 1.23 ml ground black pepper
Instructions
- Toss chicken, apples, celery and grapes in a medium size bowl.
- Put macadamia nuts, garlic, oil, and seasoning in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- Drizzle salad with dressing and serve.
