Marinade
- 3 tbsp 44.36 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml honey *avoid if following The Myers Way® or AIP diet
- 3 tbsp 44.36 ml bone broth
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml sesame oil
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml ginger diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Kabobs
- 1 lb 454.00 g chicken cubed
- 1 cup 240.00 ml pineapple squared
- 1 zucchini
- 1 squash
- 1 red onion cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients. Place chicken into a large dish or bowl and cover with marinade. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- In the meantime, soak skewers in water (if wooden).
- Place veggies and chicken on skewers in whatever order you chose.
- Cook on grill until chicken is cooked through.
