Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 2 cups kale
  • fresh herbs basil, mint, parsley, cilantro, or fennel
  • 1/4 cup aloe juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients (except aloe juice, if using) in a high speed blender with some water. Add more water as needed for desired consistency.
  2. Use a cheese/nut cloth to strain pulp (optional). Stir in aloe juice before drinking.
