Ingredients
- 2 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon or lime
- 1 inch 2.54 cm ginger root
- 2 cups 480.00 ml kale
- fresh herbs basil, mint, parsley, cilantro, or fennel
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml aloe juice (optional)
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients (except aloe juice, if using) in a high speed blender with some water. Add more water as needed for desired consistency.
- Use a cheese/nut cloth to strain pulp (optional). Stir in aloe juice before drinking.
