Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml tigernuts
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 cup 120.00 ml water
- 1/2 tsp 2.46 ml cinnamon
- 1 scoop The Myers Way® Collagen Protein
- 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Place in a food processor or blender and pulse until mixture is an oatmeal-like consistency. Enjoy either heated up or cold.
