Ingredients
- 1 cup 240.00 ml coconut milk unsweetened
- 1/3 cup 80.00 ml sunflower seeds
- lemon juice from one lemon
- 1/2 Tbsp 7.39 ml onion powder
- 1 Tbsp 14.79 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml chives dried
- 2 Tbsp 29.57 ml parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except chives and parsley, in a high-powered blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to resealable jar. Stir in chives and parsley. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- For a thicker texture, refrigerate your can of coconut milk overnight before using.
