  1. Grease small deep mug and set aside.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and honey. Pour into dry mix until blended. Mix in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Pour mixture into greased mug. Microwave for 90 seconds and remove. Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
