- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml coconut flour
- 1 tbsp 14.79 ml honey
- 1/4 cup 60.00 ml pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp 0.62 ml pumpkin pie spice
- chocolate chips dairy-free (optional)
- Grease small deep mug and set aside.
- In mixing bowl, combine protein powder, coconut flour, and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and honey. Pour into dry mix until blended. Mix in chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour mixture into greased mug. Microwave for 90 seconds and remove. Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
