Upgraded Pumpkin Pie Smoothie




  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein or plain
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree canned or homemade
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric or 1/8 tsp fresh grated turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1/8 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 10 ice about 1 cup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
