Tossed Organic Spring Greens and Cabbage Salad


  • 3 cups spring greens
  • 1/2 head green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green apple thinly sliced
  • pomegranate vinaigrette to taste
  • 4 basil leaves




  1. Toss organic spring greens, cabbage, celery, and apple in pomegranate vinaigrette as desired.
  2. Garnish with basil leaves.
