Valentine’s Day Cacao Chia Seed Pudding





  • 1 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
  • shaved chocolate for garnish
  • strawberries or raspberries, for garnish


  1. Mix coconut milk, honey, chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, and sea salt together and put in a glass jar with lid.
  2. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
  3. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and berries.
