How To Make Apple Celery Juice

This Apple Celery Juice is a cinch to make. Before we begin, I want to stress the importance of only choosing organic produce for this green juice. Otherwise, you risk ingesting pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and other harmful additives. This makes it harder for your body to detox and defeats the whole purpose! Check to make sure the celery, apple, lemon, spinach, and ginger are fresh and free from bad spots or mold. 

What kind of apple works best for this green juice? The short answer is whatever you prefer! Apples carry different tastes and textures, and depending on your preference you may want a sweeter or a more tart apple.  

Gather up all your organic produce and give them a good wash. Pull your juicer out and make sure you have all the parts. Assemble the juicer and cut off any tips you don’t want to use. The only item you technically need to peel is the ginger root. Juice your celery first, then the apple. Add your lemon, followed by the spinach. Next, add your peeled ginger root. You now have the option to strain the juice through a cheesecloth, if you so desire. If you do, be aware that you may miss out on some of the fiber content. Remove the green juice from the juicer and add your scoop of Organic Greens. Give it a good stir and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 5 stalks celery
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon rind removed
  • 1  inch ginger root
  • 1  scoop  Organic Greens

Instructions

  1. Juice all ingredients except Organic Greens in a juicer. 
  2. If desired, strain juice through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. 
  3. Stir in Organic Greens Powder.
  4. Add all ingredients except Organic Greens to the blender, plus 1/2 cup water, and blend until smooth. 
  5. If desired, strain juice through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag. 
  6. Stir in Organic Greens Powder.
