Ingredients

  • 1 cup tigernut flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed into powder) 
  • 2 scoops Strawberry Lemonade Leaky Gut Revive®
  • 4 tbsp tigernut butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½–1 tsp liquid stevia (to taste)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine tiger nut flour, shredded coconut, freeze-dried strawberry powder, Leaky Gut powder, and sea salt in a bowl or food processor.
  2. Stir in tiger nut butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and stevia until well combined.
  3. If the mixture is too dry to hold together, add a little more tiger nut butter (1 tsp at a time) until sticky but pliable.
