  • 1 1/2 681 lbs g ground beef
  • 2 480 cups ml bone broth
  • 3 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 5 1200 cups ml cauliflower 1 head, riced
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 240 cup ml parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 60 cups ml dill finely chopped
  • 1/2 120 cups ml beets chopped
  • 2 carrot chopped into about 1/2 cup
  • 1 4.929 tsp ml sea salt
  • 1/8 0.616125 tsp ml ground black pepper

  1. Steam cabbage 6-8 minutes or until soft.
  2. In the meantime, in a blender, pulse chopped beets and carrots until finely riced.
  3. Next, pulse cauliflower in blender to “rice” as well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ground meat, garlic, onions, parsley, riced beets, carrots, and cauliflower, and sea salt and pepper.
  5. Once cabbage has cooled, peel off leaves and discard core.
  6. Add a heaping spoonful of the meat mixture and roll leaves, folding corners in first then roll lengthwise and place in a baking dish.
  7. Pour bone broth into baking dish, sprinkle cabbage with sea salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F covered for 60-90 minutes.
