2 capsules Complete Omega-3 Softgels
1.5 scoop The Myers Way® Vanilla Bean Paleo Protein
1 capsule probiotic powder (capsule opened)
1 scoop ImmunIG™
1 capsule The Myers Way® Multivitamin (capsule opened)
1 sweet potato (cooked, then chilled - you'll only use approximately 1 cup's worth)
8 oz water filtered
ice adjust for desired consistency

Instructions

Take the two Omega-3 capsules by mouth before adding remaining ingredients to blender or Nurtibullet.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth.
