Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crush the dried roses with your fingers and remove the stems, leaving only the petals.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  3. Put finished bath salt mixture into a glass container with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. To use, just add a few scoops to your bath, and enjoy!

    How long will a batch of these bath salts be good?

    i went on your diet and suggested supplements. I had a very difficult reaction to the glutamine. It made me very anxious and had to quit taking it. I was very faithful to the regime but my hashimotos got worse as did my lichen sclerosis. I also lost way too much weight. Very disappointed.

    • Kathy – sorry to hear that – that is very unusual – I would recommend a Wellness Coaching session with my RD Brianne Williams to determine what happened. remember diet is only part of the solution there are 4 Pillars and you need to address all 4.
