  • 4 cassava flour tortillas (I like Siete tortillas)
  • 1 14.787 tbsp mL coconut oil divided
  • 1 240 cup mL mixed greens
  • 1/4 apple julienned
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 chicken breast cooked and sliced

  1. Lightly heat cassava flour tortillas with coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Top with greens, apple, avocado and chicken. Enjoy hot.
