This Organic Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Pear Glaze and Pesto recipe is full of flavor to make the whole family happy, plus it’s loaded with lean protein to keep you full throughout the day!

The pesto in this recipe provides vitamin A, folate, calcium, vitamin C, and healthy fats in the sage, parsley, and olive oil! Pear gives this recipe just a touch of sweetness, giving the meal a great combination of flavors!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat avocado oil in skillet on stove at medium-high heat. Sear pork rounds for 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Place pork rounds at bottom of a glass baking dish. Top with sliced pear and shallots. Roast for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through (130 degrees F). Cooking time may vary based on ripeness of pears and thickness of pork.
While pork cooks, put all pesto ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
Remove pork from oven. Plate pork and top with pesto.
