i am confused
your book says (if i read it correctly) to eliminate all seeds doing this
so, are chia seeds safe to eat for polymyositis ?
i have been blending 1tbs a day in a blended green drink (supergreens powder, celery, carrot, etc)
thank you
I would avoid them in the first 30 days on The Myers Way
